Upon returning to Italy, Stefano dedicated himself to spreading this transformative framework. His contributions include editing the Italian edition of 'The Practice of Adaptive Leadership' (2018). Furthermore, he is the visionary founder of OLI, Italy's inaugural place-based leadership school.
